Yuzhang (Andrew) Han, Ph.D.

Dr. Yuzhang Han serves as an assistant professor of management information systems. He received his BS in computer science from University of Vienna, MS in computer science from Duke University, and PhD in information systems from University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He has interests in research problems and teaching activities in many areas, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, algorithmic ethics and fairness, big data analytics and big data/NoSQL systems (e.g., Hadoop and Spark), information and cyber security, cloud computing, social media and misinformation, social welfare and child protection.
