Interests

Social context of health, specifically the inherited blood disorders sickle cell disease and thalassemia; the environmental relationship to health outcomes (asthma); the impact race has on the clinical relationship; and the new information technologies impact on applied qualitative methodologies  delivery of health care services for genetic disease, implications of new information technologies, science education and science policy
