Linda L. Shaw, Ph.D

I joined the Sociology Program at CSUSM in the Spring of 1993 as an Assistant Professor and became an Associate Professor in 1996.

I have taught courses and conducted research in the areas of the Sociology of Health, Mental Health and Women's Studies. I also teach Field Research Methods and the Internship course and have developed ways for students to employ ethnographic research methods to reflect on their experiences in community service settings.
